netkey’s LeadU is a modern Lead Retrieval System, that makes it easy for exhibitors to capture personal data of visitors in order to stay in contact and turn them into customers.
We make it easy for meeting organizers to offer a trustworthy service for their industry. From customized mailings, online booking platform, GDPR compliance up to professional support before, during and after the event, everything is provided by our LeadU team.
Data of contacts is collected by simply scanning the visitors badge. The collected data will be synced in real-time with your personal LEADU-database. In case Internet connectivity is interrupted, the scanner devices will continue to work just fine.
To get to know contacts better and further enrich data, customers can also collect more detailed information about visitors via a customizable questionnaire.
All collected data is readily available and can be exported any time as Excel file. This allows for easy import into the exhibitors preferred CRM.
LeadU offers solutions for exhibitor booths and industry sessions including the rental of the devices. If an exhibitor has their own lead system, we offer a webservice API.
