Since 2008 we are working closely with the Zürich professional congress organizer (PCO) MCI Schweiz AG.

MCI organises numerous events in a variety of fields. We are developing custom solutions to meet the sometimes quite specific needs of our client. Projects done for MCI include both one-off events and year round services for societies.

The cooperation focuses on registration, hotel booking systems, membership management and abstract handling.

EANM – European Association of Nuclear Medicine

The annual congresses are visited by around 5,500 attendees. Apart from it, trainings are offered all year round.
netkey handles the talks at the congress as well as talks accompanying learning material for online courses recorded by speaker themselves.
During the EANM 12 congress, a customised e-learning platform was launched that is based on netkey’s product “nedus – the education system.”

The platform provides webinars, online courses and CME-accredited continuing professional development (CPD) trainings that are integrated into eSociety and its web shop.
Additional services for EANM include membership management, registration systems for congress and CPD courses, the Congress Venue App and the personal congress planner with a web based and a mobile user interface.

ISID

ISID (International Society for Infectious Diseases) is a society aiming to increase the knowledge of microbiology and the spread and control of infectious diseases through research, international co-operation and professional development of members of their field. The society has nearly 20,000 members in 150 countries and its headquarters are in Boston, USA.

For a number of years now ISID has trusted the Abstract Submission and Rating functions of the eSociety system during its alternating ICID (International Congress on Infectious Diseases) and IMED (International Meeting on Emerging Diseases and Surveillance) congresses.

ESMRMB (European Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology) is a nonprofit society for promoting continuing professional development and research in magnetic resonance in medicine and biology. The society is open to medical doctors, engineers an other persons interested in magnetic resonance.

ESMRMB has been using eSociety to support its processes for a couple of years. The system helps the society manage its members as well as congresses and CPD courses, including the complete management of payments and financial accounting. The personal space for members and participants helps reduce everyday tasks.

ESMRMB’s annual congress has more than 1,000 attendees. The numerous courses include “School of MRI,” “Lectures on MR,” and “Hands-On MRI.” Netkey also takes care of surveys, petitions and onsite support for the society’s congress that takes place in a different city every year.

FFN

Fragility Fracture Network is an international society. It aims to spread best practice multidisciplinary procedures for preventing and treating fractures caused by illness (not by trauma). It also attempts to promote research to improve treatment methods for osteoporosis, sarcopenia, and fractures. Another important goal is to give illness-related fractures better visibility and increased importance in the health system.

SUKi family

SUKi family is an institution for physical activity, health and community. The focus is on afternoon child care based on physical exercise and games – (re-)discovering the joy of movement. Further more SUKi has several other offers: exercise for senior citizens, massages, yoga & pilates, prenatal classes and exercise classes for parents and their infants.

Seminars and lectures about a wide range of topics also take place in the premises of SUKi.

One of netkey's newest customers is EAN - European Academy of Neurology.

The society's main ambition is the development of neurology as the major medical specialty caring for patients with neurological disorders, encourage collaboration between european national societies and strengthen collaboration between clinical neurology and related professional and lay organisations.

For this EAN wants to strengthen the standard, availability and equality of neurological education for neurologists and affiliated/related health professionals.
As first step netkey's Abstract Submission software is used to improve and standardize the process, hence quality, for submission and rating of abstracts.

netkey and Diners Club Central & Eastern Europe had a long lasting collaboration. At first netkey developed an e-ACCOUNT system for Diners Club Österreich (Austria).Hosting and maintanance was also provided by netkey.

The e-ACCOUNT system made it possible for customers of Diners Club Österreich to access their account details and digital bank statement simply by using a web browser.

Because of e-ACCOUNT's simplicity, its robustness and the customer satisfaction the system was also introduced to the remaining business districts of Diners Club CEE shortly after.
